8. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED OR IF PROBLEMS DEVELOP?
WHAT RECOURSE DO I HAVE? Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
■ You only pay after service is provided and it must be provided to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
■ That's all you pay for under any and all scenarios and for whatever reasons.
■ All problems, if any, are on our nickel by agreement
■ Vision is installing redundant systems, by definition, reducing your risks.

9. CAN YOU MAKE IT EASY FOR ME TO BUY? ( I HAVE LOTS OF OTHER THINGS TO DO)
Vision makes this the easiest project you will do this year, by doing everything on a turnkey basis. We only need about 2 total hours of your and your team's time to get the deal done and begin construction.

10. CAN YOU HELP ME SELL IT TO OTHERS WITHIN MY OWN COMPANY?
Absolutely. We have our team available to meet with any of your people, as well as give your team a tour of a working biomass gasification plant, to help you close the deal within your company.
